Revised Agent’s Reports – Effective Monday, 12/07/20
Effective Monday, December 7, 2020, the Agent’s Reports (ORD 114120IND, ORD 114120JUV, ORD 114120SURV) will be revised to allow selection of a producer provided exam. Section C. Case Details has been revised as follows:
- Header: Include notice regarding PruFast Track parameters.
- New selection for producer provided exams.
- New revision date of 12/2020.
These changes impact the Individual Agent’s Report (ORD 114120IND BRKG 1220), Juvenile Agent’s Report (ORD 114120JUV BRKG 1220), and Survivorship Agent’s Report (ORD 114120SURV BRKG 1220).
The updated form will be available on the PruXpress website on Monday, December 7, 2020.
