We’re excited to launch digital Flex Underwriting for our Asset Care® product. Flex delivers speed, intelligence and a streamlined processing experience. It’s available through our electronic application process.
Beginning Oct. 6, 2025, Flex for Asset Care will be available in more than 35 states1 on all business submitted electronically — whether through the OneAmerica Financial® producer portal (OneSource Online) or your organization’s eApp platform.

Prefer paper?
Paper submission will continue to be available.
Beginning Oct. 6 for all states, important changes to the paper application and underwriting process go into effect.
Please note that some states are still in the process of approving our new Flex application and the newest version of our Asset Care product. Therefore, it’s important to use this State Grid and work with your wholesaler to confirm you’re using the correct Part 1 version of the paper application for each state. Then, simply submit Part 1 of the application, and we’ll take care of ordering all underwriting requirements — including the phone health interview conducted by Illumifin.
