Symetra’s Partner Portal: New Features

We’re all about making it easy to stay on top of your life cases. That’s why we’re pleased to announce some recent enhancements to our partner portal: 

  • Pending case tracker: The case tracker for our Swift products is now available for all our life insurance products. From application submission to placing the policy in-force—and every step in between—you can easily see the incremental progress of every case.
  • Missing requirement document upload: Quickly fulfill outstanding requirements for your Swift cases in the same way you do for our other products! Simply click on the “Reply” button underneath the requirement and upload a PDF or send a message. Your application is updated in real time for smooth and fast processing. 

Not currently using our portal? Producers who are contracted with Symetra can easily access client policies online by creating an account. Simply go to the Symetra log in page, click the “Create an account” link and follow the prompts.
