New Business Organizational Update

A message from Erin Garrett, VP, ILFS Service Experience & Resiliency

In 2023, our New Business team began the process of building out a new organizational structure to meet the changing needs of the business and allow for greater resiliency. At the time, we made a commitment to review the structure to ensure it continued to meet the needs of the business or to identify opportunities for improvement. Ultimately, we all know the way we show up for our customers and distribution partners plays a critical factor in how we measure our success. While we’ve clearly raised the bar in 2023, we are looking to elevate the experience even further in 2024. That’s why I am pleased today to announce the following changes to our New Business structure.

  • Stacy Shaw has accepted a new role as New Business Onboarding Director. In her previous role, Stacy led our Career and Independent Brokerage (IB) Case Management teams. Her incredible depth of experience with our distribution partners and a passion for creating an optimal interaction every time make her the perfect person for this new role, in which Stacy will help our distribution partners build their knowledge of our processes with an intentional focus on onboarding new distribution partners.
  • Greg Allen, Director, New Business, will take on additional oversight for our Traditional Case Management Teams. Our associates and distribution partners thrive on consistency in experience. In his new capacity, Greg will help transform our Case Management teams by building even greater consistency – regardless of the product or distribution channel.
  • Anna DeLoach will continue to serve as New Business Enablement Director. Anna will work directly with both Stacy and Greg to support them in their new capacities.

These changes are effective immediately. As part of this updated organizational structure, Stacy, Greg and Anna will continue to report to Adam McGlothlin, Senior Director, New Business. Cameron Kincade, Amanda McMiller, Leslie Rogers and Steve Steele will now report directly to Greg.
