IMPORTANT: Our Claims Phone Number is Changing!

Our LTC Claims toll-free phone number is changing effective Feb. 15, 2022. The NEW dedicated LTC Claims toll-free number is (800) 352-6608. 

We’re making it easier for our long-term care claimants, their families and care vendors to work with OneAmerica. Over the past year, we’ve been updating our forms and materials to reflect a new toll-free number, providing direct access to long-term care representatives for your clients. This new number, (800) 352-6608, will be specifically for LTC Bill Payers (Option 1) and LTC Care Benefit Concierge representatives (Option 2). Customers should choose Option 1 for all questions related to billing, invoices, or LTC payments on approved claims. Option 2 will be for all other questions such as claim form requests, claim status, and provider change notification.  

To ensure that your clients know about this change, the LTC Claims Associates and LTC Bill Payers have been promoting the new phone number with all our current claim customers, those receiving ongoing payments, and in those claim scenarios where provider changes occur.

Effective Feb. 15, the original LTC option (Option 2) will be removed from the old phone number, (800) 275-5101. However, this toll-free number WILL stay in effect for access to Policy Services, Death Claims, and Licensing representatives.
