Our Life Settlement buyers (funders) only include institutional buyers. (We do not participate in funding Life Settlement transactions with small firms or individual investors.)

Here are some good rule-of-thumb parameters to help you identify potential Life Settlement cases (Note: The policy should be no longer needed, no longer desired or no longer affordable):
Insured persons age 70+
Insured persons age 60+ with significant health history or health impairments
Insurance Face Amounts of $250,000 or more (Minimum amount is typically $100,000)
Policies with low cash values related to the death benefit (The lower the cash value, the more likely we can attract a buyer that will pay an amount above the cash value)
Buy-sell agreements, where the owners have retired or the business has been sold
Deferred compensation plans, where the covered executive has left the company
Key person policies, where the insured has retired or left the company
