We have heard your feedback and have updated our Suitability forms and Product Comparison Worksheets. These changes are an effort to simplify the suitability forms and product comparison worksheets, while still maintaining our strong suitability program. We are very excited about these changes and can’t wait to share this! 

With these new forms, you will see:

• Improved consistency in how we ask questions
• We are removing nearly all “fill in the blank” questions
• Efforts to decrease the amount of NIGOs
• Removal/rewording of repetitive questions
• And many more improvements!
