As we continue to evolve our technology to make it easier for you to do business with us, we are pleased to provide you with a summary of the updates we’ve made throughout the year based on your feedback.

Here are some of the wins we celebrated, with more to come in the new year: 

MMSD Portal Launch

• Book of business reports and in-force servicing platform for producers.
• BGA Case Manager Access and Pending Inventory Report available for all firms with pending business. Full Launch coming in January 2024. 

Case Status Feed/Report Enhancements 

• Continue to evolve and expand our Accord 1125 Case status feed data.  

iPipeline Updates

• Life Service Forms on iPipeline FormsPipe
• Launch with Affirm for Life Suitability Tool
• Coming in Q1 2024: Ability for first time producers to submit business via IGO before contracting is complete for non-registered business.
• Coming in Q1 2024: Electronic Application Training tools
