IMPORTANT: Strong Password Requirement for the Agent Portal
The following message regarding the Agent Portal is very important. Please read carefully.
UHL/UFFL is continuing to enhance our data security. On Monday, April 17, 2023, we will begin higher security requirements for passwords used on our Agent Portal. Following the data security enhancement you will be prompted to update your password to meet the new 14 character minimum security requirements.
The data security enhancement will occur in three waves:
- Starting April 17th, users with last names beginning with A – B
- Starting May 1st, users with last names beginning with C – M
- Starting May 15th, users with last names beginning with N – Z
