New Business: Momentum IUL Supplement Updates – Effective 04/28/2025

Effective April 28, 2025, the generic version of the Momentum IUL Supplement, along with the Maryland, Massachusetts, Texas, Utah, and Washington supplements have been revised. These changes were implemented to address inconsistencies in disclaimer notations and incorporate recent updates to fraud warnings across all versions.

• Revised Momentum IUL Supplements: ORD_96200-2024_MIUL, ORD_96200-2024_MIUL_MD, ORD_96200-2024_MIUL_MA, ORD_96200-2024_MIUL_TX, and ORD_96200-2024_MIUL_UT

The updated forms will be available on the PruXpress website on Monday, April 28, 2025.

• Applications with a Part 1 date of Monday, April 28, 2025, should utilize the new/updated form versions.
• Older versions of the form will continue to be accepted until Monday, June 9, 2025.
