• Pending APS status update change: On the Pending Business Dashboard on MyProtective.com, all APS related status updates have moved from the Notes section to a dedicated APS Statuses tab to consolidate those details to one central location. In the requirements section, navigate to APS Statuses and click on an APS ID link to view the full status history. If there is more than one APS outstanding, you’ll see each APS listed as separate items. View the job aid for more details.
