Policy Servicing Website Enhancements for Customers
We‘ve been working on enhancing our policy servicing website (available for term, universal life, and variable universal life policies) that provides useful information for clients about their individual life insurance policies and the ability to self-service for common transactions. This enhanced functionality allows your clients to manage their policy when and where it’s convenient for them—while freeing you up to focus on sales and consultation rather than administration.
In addition to being mobile-friendly, here are the actions customers can now take:
- View policy documents (letters, statements, bills, and their contract1).
- View and pay bills.
- View loan information and make loan payments.
- Set up autopay and update banking information.
- Change billing frequency.
- Change mailing address.
- Sign up for e-delivery.
- Change beneficiary.2
You can help your clients get registered for the website by directing them to principal.com and clicking on the “Login” button to create an account.
