New Pay and Reporting Platform
Principal is excited to announce the rollout of a new pay and reporting platform, and we will be transitioning agencies to the Compensation Hub on Sept. 16. This new system will include significant enhancements over the previous platform, including:
- Creating flexibility for agencies to define different rates for Life products.
- Moving to a Total Gross Payout calculation model.
- Utilizing a powerful self-serve tool which offers you 3 options to view and download your compensation data
- Interactive web application (Compensation Hub)
- CSV file
- PDF file
- Enhancing compensation reporting at a policy level, which again will help reconcile payments.
