We heard your feedback, and we’re excited to share a new enhancement on how we provide the order status for labs Principal^® has ordered on your business. You’re now able to see the status of labs on the Pending Business Report, under the Blood Profile requirement in the Home Office note. This information will also be included in the weekly automated follow up we provide.
