Reminders for Adding Authorized Users on Sales Professional Access

Recently, Mutual of Omaha modernized the way producers and marketers securely access our network and applications by implementing a new platform called Okta.

In addition to providing instruction on how to set up Okta, we also provided instruction on adding authorized users to your Sales Professional Access (SPA) account. Because Mutual of Omaha has seen an increase in authorized user requests, we wanted to communicate some reminders, as well as provide a time service estimate, for these requests.

Reminders:

  1. Once a request to add an authorized user for SPA has been submitted, please allow 24 business hours for the authorization to be set up. An email will then be sent to the requested authorized user with a Registration Key.
  2. The Registration Key is only valid for 30 days. If it is allowed to expire, the request must be resubmitted.
  3. If the individual has not received their email after 24 business hours, please verify the email address submitted was correct and the email with the Registration Key is not in a Spam or Junk folder. If the email address was correct and the email is not in a Spam or Junk folder, please contact the Field Assistance Center for a resolution.
