Enhanced Dental Benefits Added to Additional States Effective 03/15/2024
We are excited to announce new enhancement benefits to our dental insurance plans, in Maryland, New Mexico, and Virginia, effective March 15, 2024! That makes a total of 48 states that include the enhanced benefits. If you haven’t checked out our dental plans in a while, we are confident you will like what you see. The enhancements will have your clients grinning from ear to ear, too.
What’s new with our dental plans?
- No Waiting Period | Your clients can use their coverage for cleanings, basic services, and major services once their policy is approved.
- Immediate Coverage for Major Services | Major dental services such as crowns, dentures, surgical extractions, and more are paid 20% on day one, then 50% after year one.
- More Maximum Benefit Options | We have added $3,000 and $5,000 annual maximum benefit amounts to the standard $1,500 annual maximum amount.
We are working on getting the remaining state, Washington, approved as soon as possible. To view rates and the approved states, review the updated Dental Product and Rate Guide that includes a map showing plans available in each state. Marketing materials and applications are updated for download in Forms and Materials, at this time. However, personalized or print marketing materials can be ordered through your normal channels after March 14, 2024.
Don’t forget the e-Application storefront makes it easier than ever to cross-sell a Dental insurance plan when you are enrolling your client in a Medicare supplement plan. You can help your client save some money on their dental insurance premiums-15% to be exact if the dental application is signed on or after the Med supp application is signed and is within 30 days of the Med supp policy being issued.
