Co-Pay and Deductible Materials Available Soon
Effective December 15, the 2022 Medicare supplement marketing materials are available to order through your normal channels.
2022 MARKETING MATERIALS
2022 Medicare supplement app books and brochures with 2022 co-pay and deductible amounts, are available to order as well as view/download on Sales Professional Access (SPA) www.mutualofomaha.com/broker in the Forms and Materials section. These materials are to be used to write new business with an effective date on or after January 1, 2022.
APPLICATION BOOKS
The form numbers for the Medicare supplement application books remain the same however, beginning with orders placed December 15, those with Print Date 12/15/21 contain the 2021 co-pay and deductibles.
BROCHURES
Orders placed on or after December 15 will contain the 2022 co-pay and deductibles. Brochures can be identified by the 2022 date on the cover.
Outlines
All outlines are now updated with the 2022 co-pay and deductibles and available to view and download only on SPA in Forms and Materials. In New Hampshire, Oklahoma, and Virginia, the outline also includes a 1/1/22 rate adjustment.
NOTES:
- The 2021 brochures and app books will no longer be available to order effective today, but will remain available, along with outlines, for viewing and downloading only on SPA through the end of the year.
- The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has not released the 2022 buyers guide, Choosing a Medigap Policy: A Guide to Health Insurance for People with Medicare. We will notify you once it is released and available to order. In the meantime, continue to provide your clients a copy of the 2021 guide.

Medicare Part B Premium
The Medicare Part B standard monthly premium will be $170.10 in 2022, compared to $148.50 in 2021.
Note: The income-related Part B premiums for 2022 will vary depending on the extent to which an individual beneficiary’s income exceeds $91,000 (or a married couple’s income exceeds $182,000).
