From 2017 to 2022 Lafayette Life experienced continuous sizeable growth in our business, outpacing the industry average.

Accompanying the growth has been higher volumes in policy service, which in turn has exposed process challenges. To address current demands as well as prepare for continued future growth, staffing has been expanded — including a 25% increase for the processing team this year. The enhanced manpower is intended to help return Lafayette Life to the responsive service levels producers and clients expect. The boost in personnel is also helping address phone volumes where currently some 30% of all calls represent status checks on pending requests.
