Effective immediately our New Business department will no longer accept faxes, including for documents such as applications, supplemental forms or any underwriting-related information. Instead, take advantage of our digital tools for your submissions, so that we can process your requests as quickly and securely as possible.

Please note that while our licensing and compensation teams will continue to accept faxes for the time being, they too will soon discontinue this submission option.
