New Requirements for Card Payments Effective 08/21/23

If you are calling in to Gerber Life to make a payment on your client’s behalf, you will be required to provide the CVV and billing zip code for credit/debit card payments.  This information will also be required when calling with your client to complete an EASY Application through our Agency Support Team. 

Agents calling in to the Agent Support Team to make a debt repayment will also have to provide the CVV and billing zip code for credit/debit card payments. 

This change is expected to go live on Monday, August 21.
