Resolved: William Penn Drop Ticket and Credit Card Initial Payment Issues

Our systems recently experienced two issues affecting William Penn business:

• Users were unable to submit drop tickets for William Penn in Partner Dashboard.
• Credit card payments for William Penn eDelivery policies were unable to be processed. 

Our team worked swiftly to resolve both issues. We are happy to announce these issues have been resolved as of February 8 at 9 a.m. ET.
