Now Available: Option to Reopen Your Closed Applications

We’re making rapid updates that widen eligibility for our new digital application platform, and enhance the experience for our distribution partners and their clients. We’ll continue to provide new capabilities and support for the many ways you choose to do business with us. 

Advisors can reopen closed applications 

You asked and we listened. We’ve added a new option to reopen closed applications within our Partner Dashboard:

• Revise, amend, and resubmit eligible applications that were previously closed
• No limit for multiple reopens 
• Ongoing status communications for advisors and clients — email and SMS
