Traditional and Digital New Business Case Management
- 90% of our pipeline of work is less than 3 days old
Traditional Underwriting
- 84% of our pipeline work is less than 3 days old, with our oldest work being 4 days old
Digital Underwriting
- 55% of our pipeline work is less than 3 days old and the oldest task is 8 days old
- Our aim is to bring the bulk of our digital UW pipeline to less than 4 days old by the end of the week
- We continue to track and review opportunities for improvements in an effort to realize the efficiency gains intended by our digital application platform
Email Status Update
On Thursday, November 5th we instituted a “Clearing the Pipeline” campaign with a goal to process and respond to all emails before the end of the day getting us back to our 1-day service standard. This was very successful and 3,630 emails were cleared, plus another 2,600 over the weekend. 100% of emails are now less than 3 days old, and there will be further focus to improve.
We are confident that an increase in staffing will make a positive difference to our current pipeline and future business resulting from our recent reprice.
