Introducing the Advisor Tech Squad

As part of our going commitment to our distribution partners, we are pleased to introduce the Advisor Tech Squad. This is a first-of-its-kind group for LGA, formed to provide external tech support to agents and agencies. This will alleviate various personnel throughout the company interacting with our distribution partners from being a middle man in trying to solve technology challenges.

Benefits of the Advisor Tech Squad include:

• Fully dedicated and experienced tech support team (includes our newest team members – Jeffrey Fitzpatrick, Steven Lanham, and Douglas Peterson)
• Direct access to the team, resulting in faster resolution
• Availability from 8 am – 8 pm EST, Mon-Fri (no weekends or holidays)

This dedicated team will be initially piloted with Health IQ, Policygenius, and Zander Insurance Group. During the pilot, we will assess the usage of this support team, including volume served, value provided and expected outcomes to the organization. The pilot will be expanded out based on the results of those assessments.
