Horizon Experience Enhancement Update
New policy owner options
Our newest enhancement allow someone other than the primary insured (PI) and policy owner (PO) to join the payment process. Referred to simply as the payor, they can now enjoy a smoother third-party process.
Partner Dashboard upgrade phase I
Your ‘My Business List’ has been upgraded. Expect quicker page load times for traditional AppAssist and Horizon digital applications. Your dashboard will now update at near real-time for your convenience.
Lab Lift expansion
Our Lab Lift program is expanding to offer more coverage for clients who do not immediately qualify for accelerated underwriting. This lab-free experience is automatic unless your agency opts out. Ages 20 to 50 can now qualify for up to $4 million in coverage. No changes have been made for ages 51 to 60. This group will still qualify for up to $2 million in coverage.
