Being able to effectively manage the business that you’re doing with us and creating the transparency for you and your clients is of the utmost importance to us. We’re continuing to enhance our digital application platform to advance these goals and create the best experience for you.

Today, we’re proud to let you know that we’ll be introducing more advanced case management capabilities through Application Manager. These capabilities will go “live” later this week at which time we’ll notify you when they’re available.

What is Application Manager?

Application Manager is a read-only, application tracker where you will be able to follow the status of your client’s application throughout the underwriting process and get detailed case information, which includes current status, notes, next steps, documents, etc. Our goal is full case management transparency by providing real time updates at any point in the application process.

Why are you going to love Application Manager?

We have reimagined the case management process, and started with a blank canvas. That said, we have rebuilt certain capabilities that had previously existed and developed other new capabilities. We have created a better customer experience for you to effectively and efficiently know the status of your applications at any time.

New features that will make you really love Application Manager:

Key workstreams and critical information: The large amount of information is dissected into workstreams, making it really easy to pinpoint where an application is in the process and have a view into any obstacles preventing it from moving forward

Drill-down information: Do you just want to know status of where an application is? Or do you want to know when a medical exam was completed and access that detail? Whether you want a lot of information or a little, you can get what you need from Application Manager.

View into customer interaction:  Knowing what has been sent to a customer or information that has been sent to us from external sources helps provide further insight to you in the event a customer calls you with a question, or you need to discuss information with a customer.

Application Manager is very intuitive to use and most parts are self-explanatory.  The best way to understand Application Manager is by actually using it, but we wanted to give you a preview with some key information you should know.
