On February 22, we’ll roll out a rebuilt and reimagined producer web portal. The new Athene Connect will put you at the center of a personalized experience with expanded features to help you manage and grow your Athene business. Like a homepage dashboard that lets you monitor pending business and commission status at‑a‑glance.
The new Connect will also include an advanced security infrastructure, working behind the scenes to protect you and your clients. Putting this infrastructure in place will require that all current users re‑register on the new site.

Here are some important things to know before you start.
- All users must update their password. Athene does not keep a record of passwords, so we cannot transfer them to the new site.
- Your support staff cannot register until you have registered.
- Starting February 22, you and your support staff will lose access to the current version of Connect, so it’s critical that you re‑register and grant staff access.
