The Athene Ascent Pro Bonus fixed indexed annuity enhancements have been approved in California.1 Important processing dates below.

Please note: If you previously completed Ascent Pro Bonus training, no additional training will be required to sell the enhanced products.
Important processing dates
- Applications signed on or before September 12, 2025, will receive the existing Ascent Pro Bonus product — even for contracts issued after this date.
- All applications signed on or after September 13, 2025, will receive the enhanced product. Be sure to use the revised Ascent Pro Bonus application packet which will be available on Athene Connect beginning September 12.
Please note: For electronic applications submitted on AnnuityNet or Affirm, the application signed date is determined by the final date you submit the electronic order to your back office, not the physical signature date.
