When you have three FLX Index Universal Life insurance policies issued and paid by Dec. 31, 2023, you can earn a $300 bonus. For each additional application submitted and issued, a $100 bonus will be awarded. There is no cap on the bonus. 

Campaign Details:

• Applications must be submitted using the FLX iGO^® eApp.
• You must currently be contracted and actively representing Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. at the time of the award.
• Policies must be in force at the time payment occurs.
• The amount of bonus will be reported as taxable income.
• Bonus will be issued and sent in January 2024.
