Introducing Producer Onboarding and Management Initiative

Ameritas has been leading a growth-oriented initiative dedicated to streamlining, digitizing and automating producer onboarding and support processing. At the heart of the project is a commitment to delivering modern, digital capabilities to our financial professionals.

This initiative has been built around a new relationship with Vertafore, a leading provider of insurance technology and distribution channel solutions. The company has been in business for 50 years and works with more than 1,000 carriers like Ameritas and 20,000 agencies across the continent. 

Throughout this year, you will be hearing more about enhancements being made due to the Vertafore initiative. Upcoming enhancements include end-to-end onboarding. Watch for more information on future enhancement launch dates and training opportunities. 

Recent improvements include:

• HireRight Background Processing
  • New background provider HireRight for Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. and Ameritas Investment Company, LLC is currently being used for all recruiting including: 
    • background checks 
    • contract execution, and 
    • automated process implementation
