iGO Electronic Application Announcement
Effective March 4, 2022, we will be introducing the FLX iGO® eApp. The FLX iGO® eApp is our new electronic application platform for the FLX Term and FLX IUL life insurance products in all states but New York. The new platform is integrated with an underwriting engine to improve efficiency of our new business and underwriting processes for an effective and positive experience for our agents and policyholders.
Key benefits include:
- Instant decision underwriting will be possible in some instances and light touch underwriting on many more
- Underwriting engine will present reflexive questions significantly reducing post-submit inquiries from underwriting
- Client Collaboration allows clients the option to answer medical and lifestyle questions on their own
- Background database checks against application responses are reconciled in real time, allowing clarification at the time of interview rather than post submission
