As a reminder, anything you use in conjunction with the sale of an Americo product – even if it does not mention Americo or the product name – is considered advertising. Whether used before, during, or after the sale, it is considered advertising. This includes lead letters, postcards, flyers, seminar materials, websites, emails, agent training materials, and even the envelope.

Advertising of Medicare Supplement is highly regulated. The regulations are lengthy and vary by state. Be sure to check your state’s regulations when developing your advertising for these products. All client advertisements must be filed and approved by the state DOI in which the advertisement is being used.
