China Removed from High Net Worth Foreign National Program

As of Friday, May 5, 2023, Allianz Life will no longer accept citizens of the People’s Republic of China into its High Net Worth Foreign Nationals Program.

However, Allianz Life will continue to accept applications outside of its HNWFN program from PRC citizens who are permanent residents of the United States and who meet the following criteria:

  • Meet all Allianz Life and regulatory requirements for issuance of the applied-for policy or contract;
  • Reside in the United States;
  • Have an acceptable visa* type;
  • Intend to remain in the United States permanently; and
  • Meet one of the conditions below:
    • Five years continuous residence in the U.S.
    • Have multiple confirmations of permanence (e.g., the applicant is a homeowner, is married to a U.S. citizen, is a long-term employee, etc.)
    • Hold a Permanent Green Card (10 years or more)

*Acceptable visas include: E-1, E-2, H-1B, H-4, L-1A, L-1B, L-2, O-1, O-3 and P
