ExpertApp and ExpertIllustrator Updates

This decision will enable us to focus on expanding our annuity, pension risk transfer, and property & casualty businesses.

Important Dates and Deadlines:

• Final Submission Date: The last day to submit life insurance applications is May 31, 2025. Applications signed and dated after this date will not be accepted.
• Policy Issuance Deadline: All policies must be issued by July 31, 2025.

Key Updates:

ExpertApp:

• Sunsetting Date: ExpertApp will be discontinued at the end of the day on May 31, 2025. All life products will be removed from the platform, and access to previous or pending policies will no longer be available.
• Submission Cutoff: Clients must complete the signing process by the end of the day on May 31, 2025, to submit their applications.
• Website Update: The ExpertApp link will be removed from our website on May 30, 2025.
• Policy Servicing: All policy servicing will need to be completed through your LAD Portal Policy Inquiry or Field Support.

ExpertIllustrator:

• Removal Date: All life illustrations will be removed from ExpertIllustrator at the end of the day on May 30, 2025. This includes any previously saved life policies. While client information will remain accessible, there will no longer be access to Life Illustrations after this date. Please ensure you save any necessary illustrations before the cutoff.  
• Illustration Requests: If you need a life illustration after May 30, 2025, please email Field Support at LADFieldSupport@americannational.com.

Term Conversions:

• Availability: Term conversions will continue to be allowed.
• Illustration Requests: Please send illustration requests to LADFieldSupport@americannational.com.
