Prudential’s Illustrations Start Reflecting the New IRC §7702 Tax Limits 04/19/21

New legislation signed into law in late December affects the interest rates used for Definition of Life Insurance testing under §7702 and Modified Endowment Contract (MEC) testing under §7702A of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). Our illustration systems will start reflecting the new tax limits today.
