Barclays Transitions Indices available on March 25

We’re excited to announce the addition of the Barclays Transitions Indices to Income Pay Pro^® 10 and NAC BenefitSolutions^® 10 fixed index annuities (FIAs).

The Indices will be available on the following crediting methods: 

• Annual Point-to-Point with Participation Rate
• Two-Year Point-to-Point with Participation Rate

The Barclays Transitions Indices seek to provide investors with consistent exposure to equities and a dynamic combination of commodity and fixed-income assets. The Indices aim to provide broad-based exposure to US equities while seeking to stabilize performance throughout each economic cycle by incorporating commodities and longer-duration US treasuries. Each index transitions between allocation Trend Scenes based on market conditions using exclusive Dynamic Trend Rotation^TM. 

To further manage risk, the Barclays Transitions 6% VC Index^TM aims to limit its annual volatility to a 6% target and the Barclays Transitions 12% VC Index^TM aims to limit its annual volatility to a 12% target using Barclays’ proprietary intraday volatility technology.
