These enhancements are designed to streamline the transfer process and align with current product offerings. Please review the updated information below and begin using the revised forms attached to this message.
Key Updates: Transfer Form
- Updated wording to match with the revised Mutual of Omaha Transfer Guidelines. Note: Transfer Guidelines for Medicare Supplement, Dental, Dental Savings, and Hospital Indemnity have not changed
- Annuity products have been added
- Simplified Issue products are now grouped together:
- Accidental Death
- Children’s Whole Life
- Critical Advantage
- Final Expense (Living Promise)
- Indexed Universal Life Express
- Term Life Express
- Checkboxes for moving downlines without a Marketer release are now limited to:
- Medicare Supplement
- Dental
- Dental Savings
- Hospital Indemnity
- Disability Income has been removed

- Updated wording to match the revised Mutual of Omaha Intent to Transfer Guidelines
- Annuity products have been added

- Checkboxes for moving downlines have been removed

Please note the following timeline for these changes:
- Effective October 20, 2025: All transfer requests must use the updated Transfer Form and Intent to Transfer Form
- Older versions will no longer be accepted on or after October 20, 2025, and will require resubmission using the correct form
The newest versions of the Transfer Form and Intent to Transfer Form and Guidelines are now available on Sales Professional Access and ready for immediate use.
