Notice of New Underwriting Hours: Quiet Hours go into Effect on Monday, 07/19/21

In order to get case decisions to you faster, LGA Underwriting will be implementing quiet hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. In a recent pilot with our New Business team, this best practice significantly increased productivity and we expect a similar impact with our Underwriting team. This uninterrupted underwriting time will be in place for the remainder of the summer and we’ll monitor the pilot to adjust as necessary.

Starting Monday July 19th, UNDERWRITERS will not be available for phones calls, nor be accessible via email between the hours of 8am -12 noon on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

As a reminder, New Business summer phone hours are as follows:

• Tuesdays: phone lines will open at 11:00 a.m. ET
• Thursdays: phone lines will close at 3 p.m. ET 
• Normal business hours at all other times
