 <p>The State of Washington passed The Long-Term Services and Supports Trust Act (Trust Act) in 2019, creating a <strong>NEW</strong> payroll <strong>TAX</strong> to help the State address the mounting costs of Long Term Care services.</p><p>Several states are following the State of Washington&#8217;s lead in implementing their own LTC tax for those who do not own a qualified Long-Term Care Insurance policy. <strong>Opt-out windows for having private long-term-care insurance appear to be short or non-existent</strong> with some states requiring coverage to be in place before the law goes into effect.  </p><p>Business submitted to Financial Markets Inc between <strong>March 24, 2023 and July 7, 2023</strong> will earn tickets for our <strong>LIVE drawing on July 13, 2023</strong>.  The grand prize is the winner’s choice of either a <strong>36” Blackstone flat-top griddle OR a 42” propane fire pit table</strong>.  Four runners-up will each receive a solid maple, custom cutting board made in the USA. </p>    </div>
