 <p>During the next three months, we are changing up our DI Connect with Us sessions. We plan to run through our DI Stepping Stones training program which was designed to be used from start to finish as a primer for everything related to the DI insurance sales process or used by experienced producers as a refresher to stay on top of their game. Each week we will play one module and then have a live discussion session thereafter with the creator of the program Scott McCarthy – regional vice president for the West region.</p><p>In this first session, we will share an outline of the entire DI Stepping Stones program and dive into Module 1 – The Need for Income Planning and Protection. By the end of the first module, you should understand who needs DI insurance and why.</p>    </div>
