Q: Can you share some customizable tools ideal for reaching prospects? Such as various types of mailers.
A: Yes, available on Forms and Materials. Med Supp Plan with confidence postcard, Med Supp prospecting letters, and e-App postcard with Personal URL.
Q: Is there a missing tooth clause on the dental insurance plans?
A: We will consider the claim sending in a pre-estimate is always recommended. Dental pretreatment estimates questions can be answered using 855-218-1466
Q: Are the dental plans only for over 65?
A: Dental plan issue age start at 19-99
Q: Does MOO offer individual and small-group health insurance?
A: No health insurance is offered.
Q: Could you explain the household discount? Is that for 2 people in a residence who both apply for a Mutual of Omaha Med Supp policy? Or any Mutual policies?
A: The applicant must reside with a spouse or civil union/domestic partner or have resided with as many as three adults age 60 or older for the last 12 months
Q: Does MOO offer A and/or B for those that are under 65 and disabled?
A: This is based on state guidelines the best resource is to refer to our Med Supp underwriting guidelines.
Q: Do your dental plans reimburse OON with Usual and Customary instead of MAC?
